CAMP CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

$100 of your ticket is a registration fee. Registration fees are non- refundable.

Until 14 days before camp, a camp reservation may be cancelled by sending an email and 50% of your balance, less registration fee will be refunded.

Beginning 14 days before camp begins, payments may be transferred to a future camp if available. Otherwise, cancellations will result in payment being forfeited.

Should Ferntop have to cancel or reschedule camp due to unforeseen circumstances, reservations will be transferred to a future camp or tuition at no cost to the attendees. If the event can not be rescheduled, 100% of the cost will be refunded. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, your payment will be refunded, less the registration fee.
